Mr. Harlow is an entrepreneur and technologist with global successes across federal government, large-enterprise, non-profit, and start-ups. He is an experienced leader with a 20 year track record of building trust and cultivating cultures of empowerment to lead transformation projects. Mr. Harlow holds a finance degree from The University of Alabama and a Master of Engineering Management degree from Johns Hopkins University.
